About R-407C
The established R-22 retrofit for air conditioning, matching R-22 capacity closely across typical A/C operating conditions. Its temperature glide of around 7 K is the thing to plan for: it has to be charged as a liquid, and topping off after a partial leak risks shifting the blend composition. Conversion also requires changing the system over to POE oil.
